Diversity & Inclusion

Falcon Software’s lens on human resources (our people) is straightforward; we employ individuals who have the right balance of technical and business skillsets combined with solid work ethics that prioritize cooperation, collaboration, and teachability. We also embrace our commitment to honor and learn from our team’s various nationalities, races, and abilities. The same values extend to all of our relationships, whether they are employees or contracted vendor partners.

Falcon Software’s current staff ratio of identified males and females is balanced at around 50/50. Our Vice-President of nearly thirty years has evolved from an admin assistant to become one of the most knowledgeable and highly respected technical leaders in our industry. Falcon Software has worked closely with local secondary education institutions, such as the University of Victoria and Camosun College, to welcome and provide direct experience to students through co-op programs.

Falcon Software is co-owned by Gary and Kristen Eisenstein. A distinct but unified leadership establishes the foundation for Falcon Software’s ethos in recognizing, respecting, and supporting our employees’ individual attributes to elevate and strengthen the team collectively.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Over its nearly three decades in business, Falcon Software has spearheaded and participated in several community support initiatives. Some examples are the Falcon Community Involvement Program develops and deploys websites for several non-profit organizations, and hosting fundraising events such as auction dinners and golf tournaments. Most our web team works from home, relieving the pressures of vehicle pollution and non-renewable resource consumption. Our administration office has scaled down to a much more efficient size, reducing the consumption of electricity and other fossil fuels.
